Hi,
This is my case:
My H1B is filed for state TN. But due to less pay and so on once I'm Tennessee, upon request Manager made amendament to new state CA & it got approved in month of March due to which salary got increased a bit.
Now the employer didn't have the funds to pay for relocation & pay lease breakages charges and said to come to CA once lease and child school completes, which is in July, so usually I go o CA once a month and attend office for 2 days and return back to TN.
Now I found a new employer who is paying both & now the petition is filed for TN and new employer state which is GA.
Will it be an issue as I'm still in TN ( which my employer and client knows), as new petition mentions the TN address but nothing about the CA address, except the approved i797A?
What is the best resolution?
