Two children aged 5 and 7 recently overstayed around 90 days while on VWP (New Zealand passports). They now have new passports and need to return to US. They will be travelling with their grandmother who has 10 years multi entry B1/B2 visa. Will the overstay show up on their new passports? And will it cause them a problem? What should they do, please?
