New Passport, travel to Canada for <30 days
Hello:
I have some imp qs.
I came to US on F1 Visa stamp on my old passprt.
Now in H1B & recently applied & received a new passport.
Transferred to new employer & received the H1b transfer I797.
In my new passport, I do not have any visa stamp.
I do have new H1b papers.
I'm thinking of travelling to Canada & get the H1B stamp.
1. Can I get the H1B stamp within US?
2. Can I get the H1B stamp from Canada (Toronto) or goto place of origin?
3. Do I have to wait for 71 days to get an appointment in canada?
