New passport, last name changed and using B2 multiple visitor’s visa

I have two year B2 multiple visitor’s visa. In 2004, while pregnant, I came to visit my boyfriend in the US. Because of pregnancy complications and inability to fly back to my country of residence, I gave birth in the US. Also, in the mean time I got married to my boyfriend, the father of my child. Stayed in the US close to one year with a legal B2 status (filed for extension after the first 6 months and got another 6 months extension). I left US this summer.
Now I’m back in my country of residence. I’m still on maternity leave from work and was planning to go back to the US, stay with my husband for few more months.
I just changed all my personal documents, including my passport because of my last name change – I took my husband’s last name.
I’m planning to travel with our child (American citizen by birth), using my old passport under my maiden name with the visa and my new valid passport with my husband’s last name.
Should I expect any problems with the immigration authorities on the border?
Can I use my B2 multiple entry visa under these conditions? I couldn’t find information if the visa is still valid when passport, last name and marital status changed.
It is a long flight, I’m with a baby and don’t want to fly 14 hours and be turned back because of some immigration regulation I’m not aware of.

Comments, advice and information on the matter is highly appreciated! :)

P.S. My husband is a US citizen and sometime next year we will file the necessary document for my green card, but first I have to clear some work related/relocation issues.
