New packet procedure from NVC ?

Any one who got the 230 part 1 from NVC recently ?

It was said that NVC is doing away with Packet 3 and Packet 4 nomenclature/naming.

My Lawyer says one has to send all the relevant documents along with part 1 to NVC and DD to St Louis. Can any one confrim this ?

You dont have to....

Documents needed for all countries except INDIA. For India, the lawyer has just asked the photocopies of all docs.

I have confirmed this with NVC. If you are from INDIa, ask lawyer to confirm with NVC

1. what documents are they ?

2. does that include PCC also ?
