The fees are going back up as soon as bush signs the new budget. I would suggest that you pay the original fee (the more expensive one). They will refund the excess amount to you if when they receive your application the budget is not yet finalized.

I suggest you send two payments the new one + the amount the one that adds up to make the old one.For example if the old fees were $220 and the knew fees are $200 send two separate payments one for $ 200 another one for $20 which will add up to $220.It will make more easier for INS to make a refund just in case.Originally posted by Andrew01
