Did anything change in your case for you to get a message like this? When I saw this, it seemed very curious.
 
Your case maybe touched

My son and I got the similar message as yours on 10/3/03. I called BCIS. On 10/10/03, my online status changed again and this time RFE is issued. I have not received my RFE yet. My son's message remains the same as of today.
