New Online Message for RFE

on the new immigration.gov, the message no longer says that it will take additional 540 days to process the RFE response, instead it reads:

On November XX, 2002, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 365 and 540 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.
 
Dude my 540 days come up on March 6th. I am planning to call up and be a little firm with the IIO. No abuse and stuff but been waiting for long you guyz have done nothing... blah blah.
Like hell it will take less than 540 days my ass. Sorry for the French.
It won't help my case either but I really need to let off some steam.
