New(old) processing times are out

Any comments? Have we stopped paying any attention to these as the movement is miniscule every time?

I think they intentionally don't move the processing times to next dates because then they have to process more expedite requests and they would get more calls from Senators and Congressmen. So, they play safe by saying that we haven't started processing after the dates mentioned in the processing times.
