Too bad. Not that is matters, but if the dates progress atleast we'll have the solace of knowing the service center is still open, even if all it does is make changes to a report !!
Those dates don't mean anything except for those that want to initiate an inquiry. From what we can see, I think Mar-June 2003 cases are being worked on.
