His RD is 12/18 and ND 12/21.
Strange though, my RD is 12/19, but the ND is 01/02/01. I looked
at the Last Year\'s calendar and found that it could NOT be big
surprise.
12/21/00 was on Thursday, and NSC worked that day on that week.
They may not have worked that Friday, because MOnday was Christmas
and everyone was ready to go Home from Morning!
No surprise. The followin week was Christmas week. Everyone was
on vacation. 1st was on the Monday following week of christmas week,
again holiday for INS
So, they issued ND to me only on Tuesday(01/02/01). So, not all
that bad.
