New N600-K form. Questions.

I am applying for the US naturalization of my two children. I was born in Spain from a US citizen. I have not been in the US for, at least, five years, so I am using the N600K form to obtain children naturalization through my mother.

I have some questions about the new N600K form.

1.- Number of Certificate of Citizenship (my number, the father).
I do not have this number. I only have my US passport.
What should I do here?

2.- It is enough to send just one copy of the grandmother & parents (me and my wife) documents for the two children?

You might not even have a Certificate of Citizenship. Many people don't get one. If you don't have one, you would say "none". If you have one, then where is it?
