I got this message on my case: "On April 16, 2003, we transferred your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status to another BCIS office for processing. They will notify you when they take action on your case." Does this mean that my case has been transfered to a local office?

NO, I think the reason is I got married just before I filed the I485.

Could you please tell me what your ND/RD and location (for local BCIS office) is.

not the fact that your case got transfered (we expect that with recent marriage cases), but the fact that a case with RD/ND months as recent as 2/02 and 3/02 respectively has been touched at all by NSC!
