If you have a pending permanent residence application with a "current" priority date and you are not on the list, you should send your HR manager a photocopy of your EAD card. Please write the expiration date of the card on the photocopy so that we can read the expiration date easily. This information needs to be entered on the amended I-140.
If you have already done so, then we will file your application in order of your priority date. Please bear with us.
Attached is the list of Amended I-140\'s filed this week with the Immigration and Naturalization Service in Vermont. We have received numerous receipt notices. A copy of the same will be mailed to you by your HR Department/Employee Service Center this week. Please DO NOT call/e-mail us to check if a receipt notice has been received for your amended I-140 application. This will only slow us down. Once again, thank you for your patience.
