Iam a primary applicant and my wife is dependant for my current GC process and I have been waiting for my I-485 approval since 2002 . CSC has lost my paperwork for RFE etc 2-3 times and they want to reverify my labor i140 etc etc . Anyways Iam losing hope on this application and so here is my question.
My wife has a valid H1 and is working on it and has 3 years left on it. Can her company apply for a new labor cert for her when she is also in I-485 approval stage ? Iam thinking if this could be my backup plan .Is this possible?
