I am working for a computer software company since 2000 and my Green Card (Labor Certification) with EB2 was filed in Dec 2004. My permanent LC application was moved to Philadelphia Backlog Center for processing. I already have gotten one 7th year H1B extention.
Now I in line for a promotion to a new another Job in the same company, with a different Job Title and Job Description.
How can I take the job without affecting my next H1B extension ? Can I still use the same Priority date? Do I need new LC?
