New Jit report on the BCIS online status

Look like they have new kind of JIT reporting when you goto
check your status online.. Did any of you noticied it and
there date for i-485 shows as 1-jan-03...

hard to believe ??

I'm afraid the Jan'03'2003 is not for us!

we don't fall under "Legal Immigration and Family Act" category.
We fall under EB!

There is no record for EB I 485 cases in the CSC Processing times chart. All other service center charts have an entry for EB cases. The AP date (Jan 9, 2003) under all other AP applications also seems to be wrong.

Looks like CSC is soon going to shut down and all the cases in CSC will be distributed to other centers

The status seems to be corrected; 485 "officially" is at 12/16/01..
