Me too. DOl web site often switches dates.

So Lets Start !!

So guys ... Do the Non-RIR people see a light at the end of the tunnel ... do you see any chances ... like do the Backlog centrese have anything in store for us .... or does the PERM seem to be on the horizon ?

Yes, if RIR was filed on 01/02/2002, when the application is remanded to state, the NON-RIR PD will still be 01/02/2002 and not the day it was remanded. However it will not make to the head of the list either, unless SWA is processing applications past 01/02/2002 (or any other PD).

My Labor Applied on .....

Originally my labor was appied in July 2001 under RIR EB2 - DOL asked my attorney to withdraw application. Foolish attorney did that and a new Labor was applied in August 2003 under non-RIR EB2.

Now the only thing to do is to wait and wait. Nothing more.

What are your dates guys ? When did your applications go in ?
