may be for special cases.

As super1966 noted in another discusstion, this service center may not be for regular I485 cases(note a row with I485 LIFE, eventhough other columns look like normal ones). Not sure of what is I485LIFE.
 
245(i) cases go there...

look at the irony.. Legal immigrants have to wait more than Illegal immigrants... Super Service by INS.
