Just talked to my lawyer and asked him to initiate a status inquiry for EB2 I-140 ND 7/15/03. He put me on speaker phone and contacted USCIS on another line.
First Person did not even understand what is I-140 is then he could not understand what is the difference between NIW and regular

Second..(was a female) a little better than the previous one, took my address info etc and did not ask for anything else but then my lawyer made her write down my employer's info too.
