Does the new immigration bill approved by Senate affect the next fiscal year DV interview?
I mean for DV-2014, the interview and green cards are going to be issued starting from 2013 Oct to 2014 Sep.
However, for somebody who have high rank number might be interviewed during mid-2014.
Will those headcount be eliminated by the new immigration law?
