New Immigration bill being debated in congress right now. For asylees or PR's, this bill

-would make DHS fingerprint/picture exit and entry into the country.
-reduce wait time for spouse of PR from 4 years to 1.5 with backlog reduction.
-only allow U.S Passport, Birth Certificate & U.S Permanent resident card as valid employment proofs.

what about EAD card as an employment proofs.?

Yes sorry EAD included too. Anything from DHS. It would make the current system of using SSN + driver license not valid anymore.

Nas, How wil you be a USC in 1.5 year? didn't you just get your gc in 2005?
