Hi, I am looking for Experts Advice only
I have PD EB-2 DEC 2004, And recently was approved
I will apply my I-140 and I-485 on July 1st (With EAD & AP), I have H1B Valid for another 2 Years.
I am planning to Travel India in Nov 2007 or Dec 2007 for 2 weeks
1. Do i have to be in USA during my I-485 processing ?
2. If i have my EAD and AP approved before i travel to India, is there a possiblilty or RFE or rejection of I-485?
3. can i be on H1B alltime, With out applying EAD and AP, during I-485?
