My I-140 is filed last week. Can any one tell me how long it is taking these days at VSC for I-140 appoval and also to get the receipt number for I-140 filing please.

I noticed LUD on my I-140 is 02/28/06.

What does it mean? Is it good or bad?

I am not sure what does this mean. Someone from group please shed some light.

Usually within a week of applying for I-140, there is a LUD. This is the date of entry they make in their system about your case. There is nothing bad about it

LUD is this stands for Last Update Date? I just got my I140 applied.
