My friend was working in a company in Boston. His LC and I-140 got approved. His company started lay-offs.They told him either he can leave the job and go home or join its brance in Atlanta. So he choose to go to atlanta. Now the company lawyer and the new boss want him to start his I-140 again .They are giving nsome legal excuses and not willing to continue the old one. IS there any thing he can do? He doesn't hve the I140 information and they are not willing to give any info to him.
