I am thinking of applying for I-140
Has anyone applied for I-140 after October 2005?
How long does it take to get approved these days at VSC-- any idea?
Do I have to wait until the date becomes current to apply for I-485 after I-140 approval?
Please advice

Yes! if you from retro country!! otherwise you can file concurrent!!
 
wait is needed even to interfile

if you didn't really qualify for NIW, the 485 filling is not going to help in any way

Nato i didn't get your answer!! person is just asking whether he can file I-140 along with I-485...he/she didn't mention NIW ...i presume since its posted in EB1-NIW forum it shd be one of them....

Hi

Hope someone can help

We have US and UK company (petitioner )

The US manager of operations wishes to retire and bring the UK manager of operations over to the US to take his place

Do we have to get NIW? or can we just file the I 140 concurrently with I 485 if employee is living in the UK

Any help appreciated
