Can employer file for a new I-140 second time using the same PERM(EB2) that was used to file for first I-140 and withdrawn in the past(9 months back)? PERM was approved in 2012. I'll be completing my 6 years H1-B very soon and my present employer PERM could take quite some time, if this works I could file the I-140 in premium through my old employer and apply for 3 years H1-B extension.
