Dude,

It will be problem if your case is assigned to a newly hired IIO. The Reason, for anything they have doubt...they will simply issue an RFE. The newly hired IIO's should be assigned I765 OR Advance Parole Cases.

IIO are like front desk people ... They are not officers (adjudicators)

I hope the new hires have some kind of mentors who can teach them that the value of clearing a quick backlog .... is promotion !!!!
