Overstayed on B1 for 2 months. Getting married to USC

Hi all,
I'm new here and have some questions regarding my petition.

I came here on my B1/B2 visa and I just overstayed here for a bit over 1 month now, my fiance is a USC and we're getting married in 1 month.

First of all, and I knew it must have posted somewhere but I couldn't find it, so please let me know where I should look for all the documents and required papers that I will need after we get married in Oct. to file my petition. All I know so far are
form I-485
Form G-325A(both mine and my hubby's)
Form I-693
Form I-864
Form I-765
Copy of I-94
My birth certificate
I-130
Hubby's Birth certificate or US passport
Marriage certificate.

Did I miss anything? Please please let me know.

2nd,
My hubby and I plan to travel back to my home country in mid Dec. to visit my grandma, who is almost 90 years old and has some medical issues lately, so I plan to file AP as well. However, I know the fact that if I file AP with all my other documents, such as I-485, I-130a dn all that, in mid Oct. after we get married, I probably won't get my AP before we depart in mid Dec. So can I just go to the local office here in Las Vegas to file my AP? Will I have any problems coming back to the US with my hubby becuase I had overstayed for about 3 months.

Thanks for reading and please let me know if you have any suggestions or further info.

Since you're out of status, AP will be pretty much useless. You could be denied access and deported back to your home country even with AP.
You will have to wait untill you get a green card.

Is this true?
I thought you have to be overstayed for more then 180days to be denied access and also be punished for 3 yrs or 10 yrs bar.

Please any inputs? Now I'm really nervous!

yOU'RE RIGHT, I WILL ADD THAT TO MY LIST. THANKS TONS!!!
You don't need tax returns for the past 3 years, the recent year would be enough: a lot has changed recently. It's better to read about it on the website: www.USCIS.gov.
You can also find a lot of useful info in Ari4u's sticky.
