Hello everyone
I need some advice.I am married but my spouse lives in the domincan republic I want to petition for him but don't know if i can.I am unable to work due to surgery complication and am currently receiving public assistance. i do babysit partime.I also file selfemployment taxes.Some people say i can some say i can't.What should or can i do?Your advice and suggestions are welcomed.
 
You might be able to file if you find a co-sponsor with sufficient income. Don't know how it works for married folk, if children sponsor their parents sometimes several kids have to provide the affidavit of support.
