New Here: I-130 Filer

Good Afternoon. I very recently acquired citizenship and sent my application on the 12th. They got it on the 14th. Has anyone else filed lately and got a NOA quickly or is it taking forever now?:confused:
 
I filed an I-130 with VSC for a parent back in March. The I-130 was approved in 3 weeks (not exactly normal!) and the whole process through to grant of immigrant visa (in London) took around 9 months.
