Hi,
I changed from L1 visa to H1 visa in august 2003 and yet to get my visa stamping. My situation is such that I will not be able to go to India for my visa stamping for sometime. The H1 visa is for the first time.
1)What I would like to know is if my wife goes for a visit can she get H4 stamping alone using my H1 approval papers and all the other documents needed for a stamping?
2) Will there be any complications?
3)The Stamping is at the chennai consulate.
