Hello everyone,
I am new here and I have a question on H4.
I am on H1B and recently changed employer. My spouse H4 extension is approved until 2029. Her EAD petition (first time applying) is still under consideration.
Now because I changed employer do I need to apply for her extension again? And if it is mandatory to do so is there a USCIS specified time period before which I need to apply for her extension again.
Once my petition gets approved do I need to do anything with respect to her EAD again?
Please share any experience anyone has in this situation.
