Urgent: Need help: New H4 and I-485 approval immediately after marriage
Need your inputs:
Got married in India on 06/12, registered the marriage on 06/15
Got the H4 interview date 07/08 - resched to 07/10
Meanwhile I got my 485 approval on 06/28 - have not recd anything, came to know thro my attorney
What shall be next step?
- If H4 is approved, shall I get her here on H4?
- What are the potential risks involved?
- What are the alternatives?
My attorney is recommending the file transfer to India and Processing her GC there which may take mths or years??
