I am new to this forum. I recently got a job with a U.S company and they are going to apply for my H1 Visa. They are now telling me that the earliest They can apply is in April of '07 and the earliest I can come to the U.S is Oct '07. Can someone please explain this and let me know if there is something that can be done to expedite this procedure.
