I had sent my passport for H1B & H4 revalidation back in July 1st week. I got my passports back 2 days ago. A new H1 B Visa was issued/stamped for H1B and H4.
It took approximately 2 months to get my PP back after I had sent for revalidation.
I had noticed that the old (expired) H1 B visa was stamped - "Cancelled Without Prejudice". There was no letter(S) from INS/US Dept... in the enveloped except the documents that I had sent.
Is this a new policy that the old H1B visa has to be stamped "Cancelled without prejudice"?
Is there anything that I need to be concerned about?
