Any new H1B stampings in Delhi embassy?? Could you please please share your experience?? What are the questions asked? How easy/difficult was the process??
One of my friend attended for h1b & h4 yesterday (monday). They called this morning and said its done and they will receive passports through courier service. Its new h1b approved by BCIS without i-94.So they went delhi on friday and attended monday morning at 10 a.m. Everything went smooth. Actually consulate district was Chennai but due to time constaint they took at delhi.
Could u kind of tell me brrief historry abt ur friied.....
was iit an H11 trasfeer wiithout I 94..... was he in us since a long time ..... pls give me some detailss........as he out of status forr some time or so.... what were thee questions that he was asked
cause ii have got mmy H1 trannsfer apprroved without i94 .... so i need o go back to Indiia for new H1
