I am on my 7th year H1(filed labor in july 2003 - done see the Tunnel yet, let along the light at the end of the tunnel). Can I work for the current company from India for a year and then apply for a new H1B. Will my stay outside USA for the next year be valid to apply for the new H1B or because I will be getting paid it will be invalid. Thanks in Advance..
