New H1B after MBA

Hi All,

I came to US on a F1 visa to pursue MS degree and converted to H1B(also used my 12 month OPT) after graduating.I have been on a this H1B visa for five years and it expires in oct 2009(GC process had not been initiated at all). I intend to pursue a MBA beginning next fall after almost completing my current H1B, and I know that I will have to do a COS to F1. My question is:

1. Will I be able to apply for a new H1B once I graduate from MBA?
2. Will I be able eligible for another OPT after my MBA?

Appreciate any kind of advice or suggestions on this issue. Thanks in advance!

You are not eligible for OPT since you already had one at the masters level. You are eligible for the remainder of your 6 years of H1B unless you are outside the country for 1 year and reset your clock and make it through the lottery.
