I completed my 6 years on H1B on March 23, 2004 and left US for India. Right now I am working here. My question is what is the earliest date I can apply for a fresh H1B ?
Is it October 1, 2003 with a approval for start working on April 1, 2004? I heard that the H1B cannot be applied before 6 months of proposed employment Or
I need to wait till April 1, 2004 for filing a fresh H1B ?
