Finished my MBA in UK and I applied for H1B. I got my papers to london.I am on vacation for one month right now I am in france so I would like to know whether I can get H1B visa stamping in paris during my vacation .I am having Indian passport. Please let me know if you need further information.

You can't. US consulates are geared towards providing visa services to those who are resident in their jurisdiction. You are a tourist in France, not a resident. You will have to go to London or to India.
