I want to file new h1 in premium category. I had h1 before
but I lost thejob due to bad economy. Now I have a body
shopper who will file my h1 if I pay him So I really want
to know if it is worth risking so much money.
Following are my credentials.
1) Bachelor in computer engg.
2) Diploma in electronics and comm.
3) oracle certi dba
4) lots of java certi
5) 4.5 years of exp in software
I will be trying in bay area (california). so do you guru's
think it would be difficult to get lca/ h1 after that ?
are lot of h1's being rejected ?
