Hello all,
I came to US with a F-1 visa and i have completed my Maters.
I am now in OPT and my H1-B visa has also been approved.
Last month my passport with the F-1 visa has been stolen and i also made a police complaint for it. i have a police report for that.
I have got a new passport as a replacement for the old passport and my question is whether i can get my H1-B visa stamped at Canada/Mexico. Since my new passport doesnot have the F-1 visa in it, i am not sure whether the US consulates in Canada/Mexico will stamp it. I also have my Optional Training Card (OPT) and all other documents with me. Also, Do i need to apply for a replacement I-94.
Can anyone help me with answers for these questions?
