Hi,
I am currently on H1B and following the footsteps of other desi friends out here in uncle Sam's land, I have decided to file for my GC. Now question is whom should I make my attorney? Should I consult Rajiv Khanna or go with a cheaper option who is a paralegal by profession. With due respect I want to quote that Mr. Khanna also uses services of his sub-ordinates who are paralegal by profession and charges us high to pay for them and take care of himself.
The paralegal in my case is asking for 1/8th the legal fees. So should I consider this option or for my better future go with the safer option of Mr Rajiv S. Khanna. I want things to be done with a better result and prefer paying lesser if possible.
