I have changed the attorney in July 2003 because of change in job. Moved to a new address in September, files AR-11 and called BCIS 1-800 to report the address change.
Some time in October paralegal from my attorney’s office called BCIS and reported the address change again.
I have received a notice from VSC a week ago and the highlights are
1. BCIS put my new attorney’s name and mailed the notice to my current address instead of putting my name in the notice. Looks like BCIS confused and treating the attorney as a beneficiary instead of me. Also indicates Address change has been applied.
2. BCIS put my new attorney’s name and mail the notice to our address instead of putting my wife’s name in the notice. Also says, “Address change has not been applied” because of error in G-28.
Friends, Does this create any problem?
I have called my attorney and talked to her, she said that VSC made a mistake while updating the database and promised me to sort that out.

Please advice ?
