I received a new I-797C and New FP/Biometrics were taken on 12/22/06-
My 2nd FP were taken on 07/2005.
Any idea on how long can it take an I485 approval after a third set of FP is taken, and previous one shows that was completed.
My husband received his I485 more that 2 years ago, but mine got delayed because of this security check issue.
