New Filing location for I140, I485, EAD, AP

Dear friends,

I am in the process of filling my I140, I485, EAD, AP. My Company is in MA and it is Employer based petition. Can someone please clarify if I will be filing these papers to Vermont or Chicago Lockbox.

I read on EAD application that effective Dec 1, 2004 these applications should be filed to Chicago Lockbox.

I will also be filing the papers for my spouse who is dependent on me.

I'm not sure what this 'lockbox' is.
I would think the papers are to be filed to Vermont which is the concerned for your employers jurisdiction (MA).
