New filing address for 1-485 and I-131!!!!

Does anyone know anything about the address being changed from Nebraska to Chicago for filing I-485 and I-131 as the link below indicates? Has it already taken place for some!!! Or is this form just for those applying for advance parole?

The news release was from 2004 and it did not apply to asylum-based cases.

It's only I-131(advance parole) and I-485 for family-based adjustment of status.
