hi,
I am about to file a form to remove conditional card :
what should i include beiside the application form?
supporting docs? do i have to include a letter from friends for a proof of relationship? if so do they have to put their SSN o n that letter, i dont think people will feel comfortable doing that. Please give me some info on what type of documents i need beside bills, supporting docs,pics ets.
My understanding is i can send the form 90 days prior to the date of my uncondional card approval date correct?

Is not a most to include affidavits. If you are going to include affidavits, they do not need to include their SSN. But they should include their address.

Make a search first...there is a lot of info.

Yes, you can send it from 90 days before the expiration of your card (that is suppose is the date you get approved + 2 years) not before.
