New fees for H1B question?

I have asked my company to process my 9 th year extension. My company is going to file for my 9 th year. Is the new fee rule in effect for H1B extension even when the same company applies for an extension.

Yes but you dont have to pay the fees if the number of emplyees is less then 25.

Thanks for the reply, some said we dont have to pay extra on either case. My Company has more employees.
